Travel Mate

Hello Friends,

When we travel we do reflect on our life and many things which we go through .. I carry a few sheets of paper and some pens whenever I travel .. I keep it inside the pages of a Novel I carry along . But this time I felt it needs a small case where I can keep everything .

Hence I have recycled a box. ( I do not have the picture of it before the make over as I was not sure how it wouldturn out ) .

With the onset of Online shopping we end up with loads of cardboard boxes .. Usually its proper box shape with varying size .. This time when I ordered a book online , it came in a box which made me feel it could convert to a Box Case (something kind of luggage Suitcase) ..
I am planning to keep a Diary or few sheets of Paper in it , so that I can take it with me in  my Travel and write down my reflections..

I decorated it with a Bird Chipboard . Heat Embossed it with Lindy's - Terra cotta Rust , Ranger's - Buttercup & Fern Green . Surrounded it with few flowers and 2 Red Pollens . These Pollens remind me of Lollipops :) Doesnt it ???

So happy with the outcome that am eager to travel again , so that I can flaunt my Travel Mate ..

Hello friends ,

I had the opportunity to see Vlogs of  Ms. Martha .. I was inspired by her Art Journal books .. One thing I loved was , she didnt go for any fancy books for her Art Journal .. She had bought old novel books and converted it into Art jounal ..

Why not I try it .. Art Journal is never tough ..  For that matter , Nothing is tough !!

A very Simple Page .. I love my pages to be very Simple.. I have this empty Space on Left . I had left it on purpose so that I can try writing something :)

A Gift Box

Hello Friends ,

Am ready with my second post for this New Year .. I love to spent time watching all the lovely creations in this crafty world, be it pinterest, blogs, facebook pages... If you ask whether I create something inspired from them , well not much ..

So this year I decided that I will create .. Create , Create and Create .. :) I love this slogan  !!

Am not much of a Die craze girl , if you ask me.. But I was awe struck with the creations of Ms. Rajni Chawla. Her cards are worth drooling over .. I always used to love her choice of Dies and the way she uses it .. So I went and bought 2 sets of Spellbinder dies .. Now I wanted to try something, but not a card ...I loved a box made by Ms.Becca.   It was simple , yet elegant ..

I fell in love with that box , and made one for myself ...


We can keep cards or small gifts or even a small cute notepad ..

I havent finished admiring this , so not yet decided what to keep in it ..
